Halcyon Creative SEZC is an independent company registered in the Cayman Islands Special Economic Zone, providing publishing, editorial and distribution support services for English-language fiction.
The company does not hold rights in the work it supports. Intellectual property and publishing rights remain with the author; Halcyon's role is editorial preparation, production and distribution, carried out in-house.
Current work is in long-form narrative fiction, spanning historical and contemporary titles, supported from manuscript through to release.
Halcyon Creative was founded by Jia Xie, a writer and publisher based in Grand Cayman.
Before turning to publishing, she spent more than a decade in professional practice as a qualified accountant and auditor, holding CICPA qualifications and working in audit at Grant Thornton. That background continues to shape her fiction, which is drawn to institutions, records, and the people who work inside them.
She writes in English and publishes under her own name.
